NOFA — Privacy Policy
What NOFA is
NOFA is a markets workstation: stocks, crypto, FX, gold and funds side by side, with rule-based robots, predictions and portfolio tracking. It runs on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS and at nofa.app. NOFA is not a broker and does not hold your money.
Account
You may use NOFA without an account. If you sign in, you do so with Sign in with Apple or Google. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication (a Google LLC service). From the provider we receive an account identifier, your e-mail address (or Apple's private relay address if you chose to hide it) and, if the provider gives one, your display name. We store no password. These details are used only to recognise your account and to show which provider you signed in with.
What stays on your device
Your settings and what you build in the app — theme, the language you pick, the country and local market you confirm, exchanges, watchlist, currency, your answers when you first open it, your robots with their budgets, and your portfolio — the positions, quantities, average costs and cash you enter, and the paper trades you approve from a robot's order — are kept on your device so they are still there next time. They are not sent to us. At nofa.app the browser keeps them in its local storage, together with what Firebase needs to keep you signed in; there are no advertising or analytics cookies. Deleting your account from Settings erases them from the device too.
Market data, robots and predictions
The prices, instruments and predictions shown in NOFA today, and the figures of the robots you switch on, are sample data supplied with the app, with three exceptions. First, official public data, each labelled with its source: the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye's daily exchange-rate bulletin (the Official rate (CBRT) section); the European Central Bank's daily euro reference rates (EUR/USD, EUR/TRY, EUR/GBP, EUR/CHF, EUR/JPY); the U.S. Treasury's daily par yields (2, 10 and 30 years, on the US tab); the latest economic indicators on the news desk — euro-area inflation (Eurostat), the ECB deposit rate and euro-area unemployment (European Central Bank), U.S. inflation and unemployment (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics) and the effective federal funds rate (Federal Reserve Bank of New York); and, for ten US companies, the latest quarterly and annual figures, dividends per share, share splits and recent filings from the company's own filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC EDGAR). Bundled with the app and labelled with their source, NOFA also shows company reference details (such as legal name, ISIN, sector, website and headquarters) from open registers — Wikidata, the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF) and SEC EDGAR — and exchange holidays, central-bank meeting dates and exchange trading rules taken from the exchanges' and central banks' own published documents; showing these sends no request. To show the rest, the app requests these public documents — the ECB's, the Treasury's, Eurostat's, the Bureau of Labor Statistics' and the New York Fed's directly from their websites; the central bank's bulletin directly on phones and desktop and, in the browser, through a NOFA server on Google Cloud; the SEC figures always through a NOFA server on Google Cloud, which receives only the company's ticker. No request carries account data; only ordinary connection data (such as your IP address) reaches those parties. Second, on a symbol's Technical tab a signed-in user can ask the server analysts for their view. Only when you tap that button, the app sends the symbol and your sign-in token to a NOFA server on Google Cloud; the server gathers public information about that symbol (prices, company figures and news headlines) from public market-data sources and asks a DeepSeek language model to score it. The model provider receives the symbol and that public information, never your account or device data. The scores are a model's outlook, not advice. Third, a robot's page shows the forward record NOFA's server keeps for the robots' symbols: every trading day the server stores that day's price bar and the server analysts' outlook on it (public market information scored by the same DeepSeek language model). To show it, the app requests that record from a NOFA server on Google Cloud; the request carries only the symbol — no account data and no sign-in token — and only ordinary connection data (such as your IP address) reaches the server. NOFA does not connect to a brokerage account, does not execute orders and does not move money. The robots and rules you write are processed on your device.
Your portfolio is not sample data. It holds only what you enter — positions, quantities, average costs and cash — and the paper trades you approve from a robot's order; the app prices it with the figures above and keeps it on your device, as described under "What stays on your device". Its health score is a rule-based calculation on that book — not a model, and not advice. A labelled sample portfolio can be loaded and is replaced by your first edit.
What we do not do
- No analytics or crash-reporting SDK, no advertising SDK, no fingerprinting.
- No selling, renting or sharing of personal data with anyone for their own use.
- No access to your contacts, photos, location or microphone.
Service providers
Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) processes the sign-in and stores the account record on Google infrastructure, which may be outside your country. Apple Inc. and Google LLC act as identity providers under their own privacy policies. The website and web app are served by Cloudflare, Inc., which may process connection data (such as IP addresses) for security and delivery. Google Cloud (Google LLC) runs NOFA's servers: the server analysts' daily count and the forward record of the robots' symbols (market data and the model's outlook — no personal data) are stored in Cloud Firestore in the EU (europe-west1), and the servers' operational logs (connection data and, for the server analysts, the symbol and a six-character fragment of the account identifier) are kept for 30 days. DeepSeek provides the language model the server analysts use; it receives no personal data. The publishers of the official public data — the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye, the European Central Bank, Eurostat (European Commission), the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission — receive only ordinary connection data when their public documents are requested; the SEC is asked by NOFA's server, never by your device.
Deleting your account
Settings → Linked accounts → Delete account. After two confirmations (and, if your session is old, a fresh sign-in with the same provider) the account is deleted from Firebase Authentication immediately, and the server analysts' daily count for it is deleted automatically seconds later. That is the whole deletion — no e-mail, no waiting period, no support ticket. Operational server logs are not searched and erased one by one; they expire on their own after 30 days. Children
NOFA is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, and we delete any such account on notice.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK) you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase your data and to object to processing. Deleting the account from Settings exercises erasure directly; for anything else, write to us at the address below.
Changes
When this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new effective date and, where the change matters to you, announced in the app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new version.

Hesap
NOFA'yı hesapsız kullanabilirsiniz. Giriş yaparsanız bunu Apple ile giriş ya da Google ile yaparsınız. Kimlik doğrulamayı Firebase Authentication (bir Google LLC hizmeti) yürütür. Sağlayıcıdan bir hesap kimliği, e-posta adresiniz (gizlemeyi seçtiyseniz Apple'ın gizli aktarma adresi) ve sağlayıcı veriyorsa görünen adınız gelir. Parola saklamayız. Bu bilgiler yalnız hesabınızı tanımak ve hangi sağlayıcıyla giriş yaptığınızı göstermek için kullanılır.
Cihazınızda kalanlar
Ayarlarınız ve uygulamada kurduklarınız — tema, seçtiğiniz dil, onayladığınız ülke ve yerel pazar, borsalar, izleme listesi, para birimi, ilk açılıştaki cevaplarınız, bütçeleriyle robotlarınız ve portföyünüz — girdiğiniz pozisyonlar, adetler, ortalama maliyetler ve nakit ile bir robotun emrinden onayladığınız kâğıt işlemler — bir dahaki açılışta yerinde olsun diye cihazınızda saklanır; bize gönderilmez. nofa.app'te tarayıcı bunları, Firebase'in oturumunuzu açık tutmak için ihtiyaç duyduğuyla birlikte yerel depolamasında tutar; reklam ya da analitik çerezi yoktur. Hesabınızı Ayarlar'dan silmek bunları cihazdan da siler.
Piyasa verisi, robotlar ve tahminler
NOFA'da bugün gösterilen fiyatlar, enstrümanlar ve tahminler ile açtığınız robotların rakamları uygulamayla gelen örnek verilerdir; üç istisnası vardır. Birincisi, her biri kaynağıyla etiketlenen resmî kamu verileridir: Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası'nın günlük döviz kuru bülteni (TCMB resmî kuru bölümü); Avrupa Merkez Bankası'nın günlük euro referans kurları (EUR/USD, EUR/TRY, EUR/GBP, EUR/CHF, EUR/JPY); ABD Hazine Bakanlığı'nın günlük getirileri (2, 10 ve 30 yıl; ABD sekmesinde); haber masasındaki son ekonomik göstergeler — euro bölgesi enflasyonu (Eurostat), ECB mevduat faizi ve euro bölgesi işsizliği (Avrupa Merkez Bankası), ABD enflasyonu ve işsizliği (ABD Çalışma İstatistikleri Bürosu) ve efektif federal fon oranı (New York Federal Rezerv Bankası) — ve on ABD şirketi için, şirketin ABD Menkul Kıymetler ve Borsa Komisyonu'na (SEC EDGAR) verdiği raporlardaki son çeyrek ve yıllık rakamlar, hisse başı temettü, hisse bölünmeleri ve son bildirimler. Portföyünüz örnek veri değildir. Yalnızca sizin girdiklerinizi — pozisyonlar, adetler, ortalama maliyetler ve nakit — ve bir robotun emrinden onayladığınız kâğıt işlemleri tutar; uygulama onu yukarıdaki rakamlarla fiyatlar ve "Cihazınızda kalanlar" bölümünde anlatıldığı gibi cihazınızda saklar. Sağlık puanı bu defter üzerinde kural tabanlı bir hesaptır — model değildir, tavsiye değildir. Etiketli bir örnek portföy yüklenebilir ve ilk düzenlemenizle yerini bırakır.
Yapmadıklarımız
- Analitik ya da çökme raporlama SDK'sı, reklam SDK'sı, parmak izi çıkarma yok.
- Kişisel verinin kimseye satılması, kiralanması ya da kendi kullanımı için paylaşılması yok.
- Kişilerinize, fotoğraflarınıza, konumunuza ya da mikrofonunuza erişim yok.
Hizmet sağlayıcılar
Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) girişi işler ve hesap kaydını ülkenizin dışında olabilecek Google altyapısında tutar. Apple Inc. ve Google LLC kendi gizlilik politikaları altında kimlik sağlayıcısı olarak hareket eder. Web sitesi ve web uygulaması, güvenlik ve teslimat için bağlantı verilerini (IP adresi gibi) işleyebilen Cloudflare, Inc. tarafından sunulur. Google Cloud (Google LLC) NOFA'nın sunucularını çalıştırır: sunucu analistlerinin günlük sayısı ve robot sembollerinin ileriye dönük kaydı (piyasa verisi ve modelin görüşü — kişisel veri yok) AB'de (europe-west1) Cloud Firestore'da tutulur; sunucuların işletim kayıtları (bağlantı verisi ve sunucu analistleri için sembol ile hesap kimliğinin altı karakterlik bir parçası) 30 gün saklanır. Hesabınızı silme
Ayarlar → Bağlı hesaplar → Hesabı sil. İki onaydan (ve oturumunuz eskiyse aynı sağlayıcıyla yeni bir girişten) sonra hesap Firebase Authentication'dan anında silinir; sunucu analistlerinin o hesaba ait günlük sayısı da saniyeler içinde kendiliğinden silinir. Silme bundan ibarettir — e-posta yok, bekleme süresi yok, destek talebi yok. Sunucu işletim kayıtları tek tek aranıp silinmez; 30 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir. Çocuklar
NOFA yetişkinler içindir. 13 yaş altı çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız; böyle bir hesabı bildirim üzerine sileriz.
Haklarınız
Bulunduğunuz yere göre (GDPR ve 6698 sayılı KVKK dahil) verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, taşıma ya da silme ve işlemeye itiraz hakkınız olabilir. Hesabı Ayarlar'dan silmek, silme hakkını doğrudan kullanmaktır; diğer talepler için aşağıdaki adrese yazın.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika değiştiğinde yeni sürüm burada yeni bir yürürlük tarihiyle yayımlanır ve sizi ilgilendiren bir değişiklikse uygulamada duyurulur. Yürürlük tarihinden sonra kullanmaya devam etmek yeni sürümü kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
