Delete your NOFA account
In the app — the whole deletion
- Open NOFA and go to Settings.
- Under Linked accounts, tap Delete my account.
- Confirm twice. If your session is old, NOFA asks you to sign in once more with the same provider (Apple or Google) — that is a security step, not a new account.
That is all: no e-mail, no waiting period, no support ticket. You can use NOFA without an account afterwards; deleting the account does not remove the app.
What is deleted
- Your account record in Firebase Authentication (the sign-in identity, the e-mail address and the name your provider shared) — deleted immediately.
- The server analysts' daily count kept for your account (
nofaAgentUsage/<your user id>: the day, the number of analyst runs, the time of the last run) — deleted automatically seconds after the account, by the server itself. - Everything on your device — settings, watchlist, robots, your portfolio (positions, cash and paper trades) and the sign-in tokens — erased from the device by the same action.
What is kept, and for how long
Only operational server logs (the fact that a request happened, its time and its result). They are not searched and erased one by one; they expire on their own after 30 days. Nothing else is retained: NOFA has no analytics, no crash reporting and no advertising SDK, and it never had your positions or cash on a server.
Delete your data without deleting the account
Settings → Erase local data removes everything NOFA stored on the device (watchlist, robots, portfolio, preferences) and keeps the account. The server holds nothing about you beyond the daily analyst count described above.
If you cannot open the app
Write to [email protected] from the e-mail address of the account, with the subject "Delete my NOFA account". The deletion is performed within 7 days and you receive one confirmation e-mail.

Ne silinir

Ne kalır, ne kadar süreyle
Yalnızca sunucu işletim kayıtları (bir isteğin yapıldığı, saati ve sonucu). Bunlar tek tek aranıp silinmez; 30 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir. Başka hiçbir şey tutulmaz: NOFA'da analitik, çökme raporu ya da reklam SDK'sı yoktur; pozisyonlarınız ve nakdiniz hiçbir zaman bir sunucuda olmadı.
Hesabı silmeden verinizi silme
Ayarlar → Yerel verileri sil, NOFA'nın cihazda tuttuğu her şeyi (izleme listesi, robotlar, portföy, tercihler) siler ve hesabı korur. Sunucuda yukarıda anlatılan günlük analist sayısı dışında sizinle ilgili hiçbir şey yoktur.
Uygulamayı açamıyorsanız
Hesabın e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine, konu satırı "NOFA hesabımı sil" olan bir e-posta yazın. Silme 7 gün içinde yapılır ve tek bir onay e-postası alırsınız.
